What about if you are doing a submission form and those filling it out are using a gmail address and not getting the emails. We cant tell every person filling out the form to filter update their spam?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This is not a too-often situation in Jotform but when it happens we recommend checking Spam and Junk folder in email. It would also help to check if the email is on the Bounce List. Sometimes the email receiving issue appears because of the wrong email settings. So setting up them correctly is the key.
