Can a user fill in a form, partially go through it, save it and at a later time submit completed form?

This is particularly important if the form is long with a lot of information that is required from the user. They may need to fill in some of the information, save it to that point, and then come back to the form again to continue. I don't want them to lose their prior information as it will frustrate them as they would have to start all over again.

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement where user can save the input data and then come back later to complete it. There are multiple ways available where users can save the input data partially and come back later:

#1. Auto Fill setting:

Enabling "Auto Fill" setting of your form will save the input data of form fields every few seconds in user's browser cookie. Please be noted that if user clears the browser cache or access the form from some other browser, the saved input data will not be available. #2. Save input data in sessions:

It is also possible to save the input data in session as well which is stored on our server. The will require you to have "page Break" in form and  the input data will be saved only on the click of the next button.
