I have followed the directions to make a form responsive. Here is my result: it displays as if it was on a smart phone, even in a regular browser. Not sure what needs to be done.

I would also like the form to display wider, like in this sample page. I've tried to widen the fields, but is there also a way to widen the form itself?

I've continued to try and figure it out. Where does the responsive widget go? I clicked the incert button and there are two of them now in the form: one under the name field, and the other at the end of the form. and the new attempt isn't responsive when it is on the server. http://www.harlowhills.com/2013/contact2.html
Thanks.

Please do the following:
1) Go to Preferences, the on General Settings look for the Responsive Form option and set it to "YES":
2) Then Click on the Designer feature:
Look for Form Layout tab, and check "Make this form responsive" check box:
I would recommend you to remove the Mobile responsive widget. Let us know what happens, we will be glad to assist you.
