JotForm Being Used in Phishing Attack against EIU accounts

    Good Afternoon,

    The following JotForm page us being used in a phishing attack against EIU email accounts: http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12782857969

    This JotForm page is called from this phishing site h1.ripway.com/home0944/zimbra.html where the JotForm page is loaded to collect usernames and passwords from EIU users that fall for the phishing scam.

    Please take the necessary steps to prevent this JotForm page from being used in any additional attacks against EIU eail accounts.

    In addition, any information you can provide as to who create the JotForm page or where the information entered into the page is apprecaited.
