I am getting a message Network Error (tcp_error) with a new form I am creating. This is an application which has attachments. It seems to be working if I don't have anything attached. Any ideas on how to eliminate the error? I haven't gone live with the form yet.

Thank you for contacting us for support. I am more than happy to help out. If I understood you correctly, upon submitting the form you are receiving an Network Error (tcp_error). I did a test submission on your form and I was not able to replicate this issue.
I have cleared your form cache and I recommend that you clear browser cache to see if the issue persist. Do let us know if the issue continues.
