    User not redirected on multi page form

    I had a user tell me that she kept getting redirected to this page http://submit.jotformpro.com/submit/50144743599967/ when hitting submit on the first page of a multi page form.  She said she was using Firefox and also tried on IE with the same result.

    I just tried it in Chrome, FireFox and IE, and I was correctly redirected:

    Could you please let us know if this is still happening? 

    We would appreciate if you could provide us as much details as you can, in order to reproduce the issue,  like the browser version, OS, etc. 

    It might be due to browsers cache issue, I would recommend you to clear your browsers cache.

    it only happened to 1 user out of about 36.  She tried about 8 times or so and kept getting the same issue.  I have provided you with the only information she shared with me.  I will let you know if it happens again.
