Users input data is lost when the credit card payment is submitted.

    This same for is now clearing out all of the users data when they are submitting the credit card payment. Can you please advise what is happening???

    Hello lwheatle,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that when users submit the form with credit card details, all other input data is lost?

    Please let us know with which form you are having this issue with. I did check few of your last edited forms and did not find any issue with that. You have not received any submission data in any of your last few edited forms.

    I would suggest you to explain your problem a bit more in detail and also let us know the form name with which you are having this issue, we will take a look.
