    My email does not seem to get notifications

    Hi

    I can not understand why the thanks page and email does not work .

    Hi Tzivka,

    We will help you resolve this issue regarding the email here, but could you please open a new thread in regards to the thank you page so that we can assist you with that as well?

    I ask this because we can only assist with one issue per thread.

    Now, in regards to emails, I took a look at the email logs and I see that all of them are sent to your email address:

    This means that our servers were able to send the emails and that there was no error returned afterwards, otherwise it would say that it failed.

    As this is the case, I would like to ask you to check your spam, bulk and trash folders in both your webmail account and all email clients that you use to check the email as each of them could have moved them to their own folders.
