    Not all of my forms are sending data to DropBox

    only one of my forms are being sync with drop box when new customers submit on our website

    Hi,

    Only the jotform that you have integrated with DropBox will send the data to it. Do note that in order for other jotforms to send their data to DropBox as well you would need to make the same integration in each of them as well.

    i only have one form that works why are the other forms not uploading to drop box ?

    Can you please tell us if the others have been integrated to DropBox as well?

    If so, which jotform works, so that we know which ones to test?

    upload from treasure on the wall works the others dont the one i need working that doesnt work is gift voucher redemption

    Can you please try and see if it is working now?

    I have just made 2 test submissions. One without an image and the other with it. Can you please check and let us know if they were successfully delivered to your DropBox?

    Hi,

    That is great to hear.

    I had noticed that there was a space right before the end of the folder (the folder slash "/").

    "Folder /"

    Our system had tried to send it there, while the DropBox system had removed the space ("Folder/"), causing the folder to seem as not existing.
