    Added a field to a form and that field does't show up in the email.

    The field is "Coupon Code". Also field "Where did you find us" doesn't show. They do show when looking at the Inbox on the JotForm website. How do I get these fields to be displayed when reading the email?

    I see that these fields are not added to your email notification and hence these fields data is not shown on your emails. You can add these fields to the notification by accessing your Quote Email notification from Emails.

    Now, place your cursor where you want to have these fields data and then click on the fields from the right side.

    Now, finish the wizard and save the JotForm. 

    Alternatively, you may also delete the existing email notification and create a new one so that all the fields on the JotForm are placed on the new email notification.
