Upload error | JotForm

when i try to click submit , the upload error keep occur , may i know is it the server for this application is congested ?

Hi, Alan

Your form seems fine, are you sure the uploader on your form takes the type of file you are trying to upload?

Problem has been solved. We had server problem and sorry for this. Can you test it again ?
