Dear Jot Form: Are you aware that someone is using a Jotmail form to send phishing attacks?
I just received an email with this information (amonst others):
Message ID: <email@example.com>
From: WEBMAIL ADMINISTRATOR <firstname.lastname@example.org>
Reply to: email@example.com
And the text is as follows:"This message is from Administration centre Maintenance Policy, Your Web-mail Quota Has Exceeded. Please Click the Link Below To Validate Your Mailbox And Increase Your Quota.CLICK HERE: http://www.jotform.com/form/12824748195Failure To Click This Link And Validate Your Quota May Result In Loss Of Important Information In Your Mailbox/Or Cause Limited Access To It.Thank you for your cooperation. I am really hoping you can track these people, and put them out of business and/or behind bars. I do notice that the "form" has been disabled, and I thank you for that (if you did it). PLEASE tell me you caught the perps ...
EXTREMELY ANNOYED in Concord
P.S. On the plus side, this is a pretty good business idea. IF you can keep the criminals and solicitors out of it ...Page URL:

Thank you for reporting this, Barbara.
We were not aware of this but I believe I suspended this form earlier today when this caught my attention due to the fields that this form has. We do not always get these form users who use our system for malicious activities so we are grateful for people such as you, who get to report these to us to have these accounts suspended.
So just in case you get to find more of these, please do let us know.
Thanks and warm regards.
