I made a jotform and after the form is filled out I put in an email forward to but it is not working at intended.

    I created the account with anthony@fxbandits.com but the form is for someone which should go to info@maxcommusa.com and it is not. What am I doing wrong I know it is probably something silly.

    I see the submission failed to arrive, there is a problem with the SMTP of your email service provider. Please contact with your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist.

    If the problem still persist, you can use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address.

    Meanwhile, you can try setting up another notification using "noreply@jotform.com" as the Sender E-mail. Hope this helps you, let us know if you need more help.
