My form do not show up in Godaddy website.

I tried to use the iframe embed option as suggested....nothing. Still wont work.

Please let us know the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look. 

Are you using Godaddy website builder?

Please be noted that Godaddy website builder uses SSL in the editor. If you embed your form with its non SSL embed code, it will not be displayed in the editor but it should display correctly if you access it from your webpage URL.

Alternatively you can also embed your form with its SSL iFrame embed code URL and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions
