Re: HIPAA Compliance

It seems that I may have created many forms that neither I nor others (I had hoped for) can use.  I'm not a techie and therefore don't know what it all means, but based upon a hate mail I just received from another professional, I can't use this.  What can we do to make it work? 

Right now, I'm feeling rotten.  Much work, planning, and even offers for others to use my forms.  I feel so let down.  Can gaining such compliance really be that difficult?  Is it a matter of encryption?  or what?
