How to lift suspension on the account

    Hello,

    I was in the process of creating a form and my account was disabled. I am not able to login, please advise.

    The account I was using was quotes@takeatripwithash.com i would like to continue to use that account.

    Hi WintersAshley,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the account, it seems that your CC authorization form is asking for credit card details which is not allowed according to Jotforms Terms of use. Before we can reactivate the account, we would need to delete the affected fields. Please get back to us if you agree with deleting the fields so we can delete the affected fields and reactivate the account.

    As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
