How do you create a jotform application and share the link with a future opening date?

Hi MCBL,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don't have a feature to enable the form on a future date however, I have a workaround to offer. We can add a Date Picker field, set the default date to current, hide it on the form, add a Paragraph Element with a message that says "This form is not yet available" and set a Show/Hide conditional logic. Let me show you how:- First add a Date Picker Field
- Set default date to Current
- Set it as Hidden by clicking on Advanced
Next, add a Paragraph Element and out a message that says about form being disabled or similar:
Lastly, create a Show/Hide conditional logic.
- Click on Settings
- Select Conditions
- Select Show Hide field
- Create the condition. In this example, I want the form to be available on April 1, 2023. So the logic is if Date is Before 2023-04-01, I will show the Paragraph Element, and hide the rest of the fields including the submit button:
Here's the Demo Form that you can check.
Give it a try and let us know if you need more help.
