Radio buttons not selectable

    Hi,

    I'm trying to set up a Paypal form.  In the Payment Wizard I selected 'Sell One Product', so the listings are accompanied by a radio button.  Right now only the third radio button will select, and the other ones will only select when the text next to the button is clicked.  I've modified all kinds of settings in an effort to fix this, but so far no luck.  Any advice?

    Thanks,

    Reid Edgar

    Hi Reid,

    Thank you for your message. Kindly use the Iframe embed code instead of the one you're using right now to embed your form into your website. Let us know if it works this time or not. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,
    Allan

    Thanks, that did fix the problem.  I'm using the iFrame now, and put some of my CSS in through Inject CSS:

    .form-all{

    -moz-border-radius-bottomright: 50px 25px;

    border-bottom-right-radius: 50px 25px;

    -moz-border-radius-topright: 50px 25px;

    border-top-right-radius: 50px 25px;

    -moz-border-radius-topleft: 50px 25px;

    border-top-left-radius: 50px 25px;

    -moz-border-radius-bottomleft: 50px 25px;

    border-bottom-left-radius: 50px 25px;

    background-color: rgba(255,255,255,.6);

    color:#524B3A !important;

    font-family:Tahoma;

    font-size:13px;

    }

    And now the problem is back again.  Is something in there screwing up the radio buttons?  Again, the third radio button will select, but the others will not unless I click on the accompanying text.  Thank you!

    Hi Credqar,

    I have checked your form and it appears to be a problem with your textbox width in your style.css line55. Would you mind editing it using the guide below?

    1. In your style.css find this, its in line 55

    #textlistdes {

    visibility: visible;

    position: absolute;

    left: 379px;

    top: 198px;

    z-index: 3;

    width: 305px;

    }

    2. Just delete the one I bolded or you can reduce its width (around 250px would do)

    I hope this helps. Just let us know if you have more problems with that, we'd be glad to help you.
