Account Sign-Up and Log In form

I need to create the last page to my Muse web site. It will enable clients to ask for a UN and PW to be created. An email to be generated and sent to the client with a UN and PW so they can access their files page. Will JotForm be able to help me with this?

Please be noted that our forms cannot be used as a regular login form. It is not possible to validate the username & password input by users from any source. Creating such form is against our Terms of Use.

We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities. If you create such form, it's just a matter of time that our anti-phishing filter will disable your form and suspend your account.
