I can't get into my account or reset my password

    Hello, 

     

    I am trying to access my account "norcalgmat" with the email elizabeth.rice@kaplan.com and I am unable to do so.  I have tried to reset my password and that is not working either.   I need to cancel my payment/account as I no longer work for the company to which the account was tied.  Can someone please help me with this? 

    My phone number is also 510 282 7820.  I will no longer have access to the email above after friday.  My personal email is rice.elizabeth@gmail.com

    Hi Elizabeth,

    As requested, we have cancelled your Premium JotForm account and you will no longer be billed in the future for this subscription. Your account will be downgraded to a Free account effective 2011-10-23.

    Please let us know if you have any other concerns.
