How can we configured the name of the folder created in dropbox after a jotform submission

    We use the jotform to dropbox integration.

    We are still testing the solution.

    2 questions :

    - How to change the dropbox account linked to the jotform form ?

    - When submitting a form, it creates a folder in dropbox with all the files. The name of the file is composed of several numbers. We use your solutions for two businesses, so it is worth for us to have a specific name for the folder created. How can we configure it please ?

    It is pretty urgent, because we test others solutions.

    Hi 570easi,

    We do ask that you ask one question per thread, as such I have moved your question regarding changing your Dropbox account to a new thread:

    You can define the name of the folder that is created within your Dropbox when setting up your Dropbox integration. By select "User Defined" you would then type the name that you would like to be applied to the folder.

    You can also select to have your folder named from the form title. Each form can have its own folder within your Dropbox.
