    Why don't the email notifications show answers to all the questions asked on the form?

    I recently made edits to our form and added/hid questions. One of the questions I added doesn't show up on the email notification (summary of questions/responses) nor do the answers, but when I log into Jot Form and pull a report, the question and responses are there.

    All the other edits I made to the form are working.

    It's an important question we'd like to receive the responses for in the email notifications.

    Hi Erin,

    We have a system tool that automatically updates your form notifier with all the added/updated fields in your form. However, this tool will only work when you have the default format. I checked your settings and you seem to have the defaults, and it looks like everything is updated. But if not, then the best way to fix this would be to re-create your settings.

    You will have to:

    a. Delete the existing ones: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    b. Re-create it again: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
