Can you fix my file?

When I try exporting the form from JBT Birthdays, it says the excel file cannot be read. Can you help me?

I checked to make sure the excel download of your submissions was working and it appears as though it is.  I was able to download and open an Excel copy of your submissions without issue.  If possible try using a different browser to download the file. 

If that does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  From what I can tell though, both the download and the file itself both work.
