I entered first few letters of my username and thought I selected it, but now I have several entries in the username pull down of incomplete usernames. System loves to choose these. How do I get rid of them?

I am sorry, I am not quite sure what you mean?

Could you please give us a bit more details?

Do you by some chance mean the usernames and passwords that are pre-populated by your browser on login fields?

If so please let us know what is your Browser and we will be happy to assist.

    Ben,

I think you're right. Those populated errors live in Firefox somewhere. Do you know how to delete them?

OK, Peter, you should go to go to Tools -> Options -> Security -> Saved Passwords... (on Windows).

On Linux this is Edit -> Options -> Security -> Saved Passwords...

Once you click on that button you should see the list of the usernames and passwords. What I would do is type in 'jotform' at the top so that it shows me only the ones listed for jotform and remove the ones that you do not like :)

Do let us know how it goes.
