How is the data exported out? Can I save it as a PDF or Excel? Can I review the data in the form? Is it stored as a record in a database?
If I'm collecting data for my company to store as an interactive workflow, can others come back and add their data to my form and email the next person for their input and also notify other users?

Regarding History, when you are logged in, at the bottom right will be a list of your forms. Their will be a button for you to look at the 'Submissions'. You can export a copy in PDF, Excel or CSV.

As for your question about workflow, you can use edit links to provide other people in your company an ability to modify form submissions data.
