i would like to backup my datas (i can do by using Excel reports) then erase all submissions for a form.
Then i will have only new submissions on the list.

I understand that you want to backup your submissions and then delete the submissions. You can download the submissions to Excel from the submissions view. Please refer to the following guide that can help you in exporting submissions to Excel/PDF.
Please be noted that the submissions being deleted are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered in anyway. Please make sure that you are having a proper backup before you delete the submissions.
