PLEASE Fix my reached limit error!
I have sent several emails now and this has still not been fixed. It has been 23 hours since we sent out the last forward from our submission log and we still are getting the "Oops. Reached Limit" error.
I was told to log in/out and clear cache and that did not work. I tried on multiple browsers and it did not work. It is VITAL I am able to forward those form submissions soon. Please allow me to do so. I am fine with only sending 20 per hour. But it has been 23 hours and we still cannot forward anything from the submissions log.
Please fix this problem for me. No one seems to be responding anymore after the 2nd email.

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.
As far as I know, the original limit was 2 forward/reply emails per hour on free accounts. It seems that the limit was increased to 20 emails per hour when we added the captcha protection field.
Unfortunately, there is no way to check or reset your email limit by Support Representatives. The issue needs to be checked by our Technicians. I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Next Level Support.
In the meantime, please consider forwarding the form entries using email client.
We will update this thread as soon as we have any news for you.
