Hi there,
I have a couple of forms set up on my website. For some reason, one of the item labels (i.e. phone number) is not showing only when I access the forms in safari. Can you help with this?
You can access the forms at the site below - click book appointment now (top right hand corner). The other form is a quick enquiry, and is in the footer of the website.
Thanks for your help!
Luke

Hi Luke,
You meant this phone label (encircled in screenshot)..
I was able to see it on both jotform using Safari browser.
Perhaps it could be just a browser cache issue. Try clearing your browser's cache also and check again.
Let us know if issue persist.
Thanks.

Hi there,
Yes, I was able to get it to work by changing it to a text box, instead of a number field. The reason I used the number field is that it defaults to the numerical pad (i.e. on the keyboard) when accessed from a mobile. Is there anyway to make it still do that when using a text box instead?

You can use the Input Mask option of a Textbox field so that there is preset input format on the field.
But unfortunately, this will not still trigger the numeric keypad when using mobile browser as the field is still not considered a numerical input.
Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
