Link doesn't open in new browser

    We have a link in our JotForm, when we click the link we lose our Form. How do we fix this?

    Hi jparker246,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how upsetting this is. I’m going to do my best to resolve it for you. If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. This guide will help you to get it. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
    2. Under Quick Share, click on Copy Link to copy your form URL.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    I'm sorry for any confusion. There is a link on the actual form that will send the user to another site where they need to drop files, then when they are finished they will complete the form. So the link on the form needs to open in another window.

    Is your form embedded on a website? If so, can you share with us the link? Furthermore, if your form is embedded please try to use the iFrame method and see if this will fix the issue.

    I went in and replaced the text and this seemed to fix the issue. I apologize, and thank you for your assistance!
