Is there a way to signify what drop down box is what without actually giving it a name that will be viewed?

Also, is there a way to signify what drop down box is what without actually giving it a name that will be viewed? I am going to be selling different greeting cards, announcements, invitations, etc., and will be using these forms. I would like to just use the name of the type of card, i.e. announcement, but, if I use the word announcement with a form, I'm going to have more than one form. So, will I have to name each one specifically, or, is there some way that I can signify or label or however you say it without it being seen so that when an order is e-mailed to me, I know which is which.Thanks!

Hi ashwin,

I am having the same problem Wendy is describing. Basically, if i am editing the file or in preview or testing the form via the link, the drop down box I customized gives me a blank line at the top. When I was testing the form on my phone, it allowed me to select 2 boxes including the blank box at the top. I had someone else test the form I made and it was confusing to them and they accidentally selected the blank box as well as their selection. The question is how to delete this blank box. As you can see from my screenshot below, there is no blank line in my options box at top.
