Adobe FormsCentral is being discontinued and I have all my business forms available for patients to input the data on my website to submit before their appointments, will I be able to import forms from Adobe FormsCentral with little to no changes and reformatting required?

We're having a lot of request from users on Adobe Forms Central regarding if they can move or copy the forms there to us. We currently do not have an app integration yet, but due to the number of requests, I believe our developers will take action on this sooner. It is not possible to create an integration because we have a couple of apps that do that.
For the meantime, if you are new here in JotForm, I would suggest that you check our Frequently Asked Questions page. We have a lot of comprehensive guides that our users can use, these are the following: Complete List of Guides, JotForm YouTube Channel, and the Forum.
We also have a lot of great apps and widgets that you can use. The latest that JotForm has now is the Theme Store and the Form Designer that let's you create great looking forms, from basic to advance designs adding up the ability to create conditions on it.
I hope that helps. We'll let you know here in this thread if we get news about the integration to Adobe Forms Central.

Just for you to know, our developers are already working on a tool to import the forms and data from Adobe FormsCentral. It is not going to perfect, but we will do what we can.
Here is a link for you to see that we have taken this seriously: http://www.jotform.com/formscentral/Please expect an announcement here when this is finished.
