Form not sending emails and I can not log in to change email address

    Please help me reset the password for Username SKWGALLEY

     

    The form works fine but I am not getting any emails from jotform at the original email address I signed up for the account with.  I have tried everything I know of in Outlook to accept emails.  The last emaill I recieved was on 12/31/14.  Not sure if something updated after the new year.

    Unfortunately as the email under the mentioned account is not matching the email you have contacted us over we can not help you get access to it.

    The only way to help you with this would be if we get contacted from the email in the account.

    My suggestion would be to send an email from that email address (not from the one you have just contacted us over) to support@jotform.com in which case we will help you get back to your account.
