Hi Nathaniel,
Thanks for patiently waiting. I just heard back from our Developer Team. They've released a new Submission Trigger at Zapier that will overcome the said issue. When the new users are setting up zaps only the new version will be shown to you.
While updating an existing zap having the old version of the New Submission trigger, you'll need to change the App on your zaps to the latest version of the Jotform app.
