Server unexpectedly closed the connection: Unable to submit the form

    I have tried multiple ways of importing a form to a Google site.  Every time I click submit, it always says "The server unexpectedly closed the connection."

    Hi there,

    I don't see any problems with the embedded code on your Google site. I cloned your form and test a submission and it was successful. I was able to upload my voice using the voice recorder widget and it was sent to my email.

    May I know what browser are you using? I used Google Chrome and Firefox and it shows that it is working properly.

    Please clear you browser's cache. Also, please update your Adobe Flash Player.
