    Not able to clone form even though privacy settings is disabled

I have tried your solution Ben, but results is same even I have re install my FF and chrome browser for checking purpose but it gives me same result in different device (Computer and laptop) I think this problem only aeries only for INDIAN user because except me no other user discusses this problem in the forum.

    So, please Clone this form http://www.jotform.me/brssi_exam/Student_Area into "brssibkp" account please.

    Please make sure also that the URL is the actual actual of the form when cloning

    In the website URL   you mentioned, I noted that the form URL was this http://www.jotform.me/form/50209260941449

    I was able to clone it without issue

     

    The jotform user guide -How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL should help also.

    I don't know why this issue is not created in your case and why you do not believe me. I am waiting from morning for your answer but at near about 08:07 PM I get your response but not result. You do not face this issue but I faced. Please help me. After your response I tried it again but again fail and same result "No form found on the page. Please check the source code you provided" I past this link " http://www.jotform.me/form/50209260941449

    So, please Clone this form http://www.jotform.me/brssi_exam/Student_Area into "brssibkp" account please.

    I was now able to replicate the issue.

    I could not clone the form http://www.jotform.me/form/50209260941449 in my personal account.

    May I inquire what is relation to the account owner of this form you were trying to clone?

    I checked both accounts, but I could not find technical association between the 2 accounts. We cannot just transfer/clone forms without permission and authorization from the owners themselves.

    Please provide us more details and I will investigate further

    Hi,

    Thank you for confirming that.  I have cloned form http://www.jotform.me/form/50209260941449 to account "brssibkp" as per your request.  I also tried cloning the form to a couple test accounts and was able to without issue.  Are you unable to clone any forms or just this specific one?

    This cloning problem is still present. Toady on 26th Jan I have tried to clone http://form.jotform.co/form/33604136500846 this form in to my test account but the same problem arises. This is not only my problem . I have noticed that user said about the same problem in forum. Actually I this this problem aeries when you try to clone a form (any form) from a user account (general+free) not a Jot support account.

    So, please try to clone a form into a free account and I am sure that you will also face the same problem.

    No doubt its a very good and user friendly online form builder and a wonderful team supported system but if you take step to solve this problem ASAP, it will be very helpful to us.

    Thank you for the clarification. I've just tried it using a free account and indeed, it's not allowing you to clone a form even through the privacy settings is disabled. Let me forward this thread to our developers for further investigation. If there are updates, you should know it via this thread.
