I only receive partial form by email

my form is cut off when i received it by email

I checked your form notifier settings and all fields are there and the tags are correct. Did you manage to fix it? Or you mean something different? Perhaps, you want to include the text fields and headers from your form to your notification email? By default, these types of fields are not included in the notifier settings. You would need to manually add it in the email body, you can insert rows using the formatting tools:
