I have had an account with jotform for a long time and I am not able to login.

    Can you please email password and confirm login email as you are charging me so I want to be able to use the service.

    Hello Glenn,

    Upon checking your email address info@mullummusicfestival.com, I found that you have one account with username "infomullummusicfestivalcom" but it was just created yesterday. 

    Did you use any other email address to create account? I did check our payment records with your email address and found one another account with username "mmf2010". The profile email address of this account is "info@bellow*****ic.com". Is this your account or do you have access to this email address? If yes, then you can reset your account password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link which is in "Sign In" window. Please check the screenshot below:
