We didnt receive E-Mail / Reservations from our customers

    in the Last Month we didnt receive a lot of reservations from our customers, i testet the Form by myself and everything works ! What can be wrong ?

    Maybe you have any trouble with the servers ?

    Hi Dennis,

    I've check your form named Motorradanhänger XL 100Km/h and checked the email notification that you have. And I see the email you are using on that form and in our mail logs it did not show any failed email attempts in our end. I've also checked your email if it's in our bounce list and was not there. You may check in your Submissions page to see if you have submissions that you did not get an email notification. You may also check your form's email history using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.
