I currently use Adobe Formscentral which is being retired on July 28th.  I need to migrate my forms to a new product.  I need to know if I can import a form into your product from Formscentral in some way. Maybe a .csv file or something?

I have included a link to the main form that I would need to import.  It has a lot of fields that are revealed or hidden based on previous answers.  I would like to avoid having to recreate the whole form if possible.

Please advise as I would like to make the transition right away and avoid creating any new forms on the old product.  Thanks!

Welcome to JotForm, we are pleased to tell you that you can import your forms using our custom import tool as stated in our blog post.

Also, you can import your existing Formcentral data to Jotform: http://apps.jotform.com/app/import_data

Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do also.  I imagine if this process is easy, you will have gained many FormsCentral clients.  :)
