I currently use Adobe Formscentral which is being retired on July 28th. I need to migrate my forms to a new product. I need to know if I can import a form into your product from Formscentral in some way. Maybe a .csv file or something?
I have included a link to the main form that I would need to import. It has a lot of fields that are revealed or hidden based on previous answers. I would like to avoid having to recreate the whole form if possible.
Please advise as I would like to make the transition right away and avoid creating any new forms on the old product. Thanks!

Yes, that's what I'm trying to do also. I imagine if this process is easy, you will have gained many FormsCentral clients. :)
