I'm somewhat new to my job and as of recent the forms have not been coming to my email anymore...just wondering how I can ensure that they come straight to me when they are submitted.

Please consider following instructions given on http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications page to setup destination/submission/receiver's email address on a form. Also you may consider checking http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address to findout how to prevent email bouncing issues.
