Can I transfer forms from Adobe FormsCentral?

Asked by Stephanie  on January 23, 2015 at 02:06 PM

Hello! I work for a non-profit called Boulder Crest Retreat. We've been using FormCentral for some time, but just received a notification that FormCentral will be phasing out and will become inactive this summer. I'm trying to find another system that will work well for us and found you.

I have two questions for you:

    1. Since we've been using FormCentral, we have all kinds of forms and responses saved on the system. Could we transfer this data on to your site? How would this work?

    2. When we receive form submissions, are they saved on your site? If so, can we then download them to a PDF, if needed?

Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you.

    Stephanie

Thank you for your interest in our service.

Our Development Team is currently working on migration tools from Adobe FormsCentral to JotForm. Please visit the following page to find out a bit more information about the process, and submit your form URLs for import.

The second question has been moved into a separate thread, so we will be able to address it properly.

Stephanie, I wanted to let you know about a great new development that will allow you to make the switch from Adobe Forms to our system easier than it was to create the forms on Adobe FormsCentral :)
