    PayPal Pro integration throws error while making payment with credit card

    I created a registration form on my website   www.agmtalentproductions.com.

    When you try to run the credit card for payment, we get an error message.  I contacted paypal and they have confirmed that my account is set up to accept payments and the error must be on the forms side.

    The form is located on the "About Convention" tab under Convention Registration

    I see that you are using PayPal Pro integration on your JotForm to accept payments. As I tried to submit your JotForm with test credit card number I see an error message stating that "Invalid Configuration - This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration". But when I choose PayPal, it is redirected to PayPal normally. Is this the same error message that you are receiving at your end.

    As I research on this error message, I see that it is something related to billing agreement that you need to accept from PayPal for using Pro. Please make sure that you have accepted the billing agreement and PayPal has turned on DirectPayments on you PayPal Pro account.
