I think I removed my account by mistake. How can I restore it?

    Its this account. I couldn't use any of this info to create a chat with Jotform???

    Thanks for getting back to us. As I can check, the account associated with this sweetpea.doggrooming@gmail.com mail ID seems to be deleted and it contains a Dog Grooming Application Form. I believe this is the account in which you are having issue with. Can you please confirm it once?

    An account associated with sosinbc@gmail.com mail Id is active and running but it does not contain any form in it. I have re-activated the account (sweetpea.doggrooming@gmail.com). You should now be able to access the account and form in it. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
