I have a registration form and a contact form that isn't being emailed to me. Can you please help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hi,
You are currently using your email address as the Sender Email of the notification email. I think the settings don't work because your email server doesn't allow this type of configuration. Note that this method is using SMTP details from your hosting provider upon adding it through verification method.
To fix that, I would suggest using Mandrill's SMTP or Manually configure the SMTP. Please follow either of the following guides:
