I keep changing my email address on my forms in the 'reply to and recipient' settings, but when I click 'test' jot form insists on sending them to my old email address! (It says 'default email').
(Which no longer exists).
I presume this is the email I must have registered with, but I can't find my account anywhere to change it?
Please let me know how to change my default email address as my original one no longer exists!
Thank you,
Alison.

Hi Alison,
The Test Email button in the Notification email will only ALWAYS send the test message to your JotForm account email
In actual form submission, the Notification email is being sent to the email address stated in the Recipient Email box.
Review also the user guide: -Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications
Hope this help. Let us know if there is more we can assist you with.
Thanks.

Sorry I missed to answer the 1st question.
You can change your JotForm account email in your My Accounts Profile page
http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
Thanks.
