Email Notifications: Unable to receive the ordered products information

    On the form which is emailed to me after the payment, the product which has been ordered does not show any more.
    Before I had the PayPal function, I could see, which book has been ordered and the form has been forwarded to the dispatch department. Now I cannot see the product and dispatch has no idea what to send.

    That is a real problem. Please help.

    Hello there,

    Are you referring to the email notifications? You said that the email you received does not show the products that was ordered am I right?

    If yes, then you need to edit the email notifications so that you can add the products on the notifier.

    Click the "Emails" button > Select the "Notifer"

    In the "Compose Email" editor, you can just double click an item in the form fields then the value of that field will appear on the editor. So the  {myProducts32} will pull up the data of the ordered books.

    The other option is to delete the existing notifier and create a new one. Creating a new one will get the default values of the form fields and table layout is auto-arranged.

    I looked at the form and I wonder whether you have changed this for me as it has the product tag now.

    Hello Anja,

    I am not sure if my colleague made any changes to your form but I did check your form and found that you have two email alerts:

    Notifier: Does not have all the form fields displayed in the email template.

    Notifier 2: Has all the form field as part of email template. 

    I believe it is safe to go ahead and delete the "Notifier" email alert. The following guide should help you on how to delete email alert:
