Users are unable to submit forms

I'm part of IT for a school district and our users are unable to submit forms. They are able to access the forms and fill them out, but when they try to submit the forms, they are unable to. Is there a whitelist or specific domain that can be provided to allow users to submit forms?

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're sorry you're having trouble with submitting the form. I've cloned and tested your Placement Test form to replicate the issue, but I was able to submit the form without any errors. See the screencast below:

Can you try to delete the submit button and add it again? If the issue persists, can you give us permission to test the form directly so we can further investigate?

Let us know if you need any more help.

The form isn't owned by us so I can't edit the form. The problem only seems to only be in our district so I'm assuming the form is good, but there's something within our content filter that needs to be allowed, but I'm not seeing what domain is being blocked.

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for getting back to us. If the form is not under your account, you can contact the owner so they can help you better. If there's any problem, they can reach out to us so we can further investigate. It would also help us if they could send us a recording of what's happening when the form filler tries to submit the form so we can get a better understanding of the issue.

Let us know if you need any more help.
