Payment Charges Ad

My limit per month states 100 of 1000 for the month but I keep getting messages that I need to upgrade and i have 900 more spaces. There is nothing on the site that differenciates signed docs versus unsigned.

1. I prepaid for the entire year of coverage for Bronze on 12/12/2022 $234.00
2. I just upgraded to Silver so I should only be billed out at the difference for the annual agreement. I cannot be charged for a year of service but the difference for the remaiming 9 months which is a little over $200 more dollars

Note: I upgraded from Bronze to Silver and do not want to be overcharged and loose the money already paid so the account should be credited for the unused services etc.
