When people click submit on my form, I receive two copies of the email. One a generic very simple form and the other a fancier form that I created.
I get a submission email called "order form" and I get a submission email called "Jotform" New Submission: 2015 Card Order
I don't know where to go on the Jotform site when editing my form to see what the action is of the submit button, but I am getting duplicate emails

You have a duplicate notification email. You can delete the duplicate by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder.
