Payment for account upgrade (made 3 days ago) was not received!

    Hi there,

     

    I have processed payment for JotForm premium monthly for annazelenskaya on October 11th, but today I received a message requesting to pay again. Please help me solve this issue urgently - it says my form will be disabled tomorrow! If you need any additional info, let me know.

    Thanks for posting your concern. In order for us to assist you further, may we ask if you paid through Paypal or a credit card (via Plimus). Also provide the order reference # so that we can locate and verify your payment more quickly.
